Weicheng Metal Products Co., Ltd/Wayscan Metal Products Co.,Ltd  was founded in 1991, specialized in water-glass and silica-sol investment castings with carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steels. The company has a registered capital of 50.3 million yuan, with 46,000 SQM land area, 45,000 SQM construction area and over 500workers.  We can provide a complete set of services from product drawing design, mould making, casting, heat treatment, machining and assembly. 

Our Capability:

We have an annual production capacity of over 13,000 tonnes of castings, including 3,000 tonnes/year of silica-sol casting and 10,000 tonnes/year of water-glass casting. 

Casting:

7x500kgs induction furnaces for water-glass investment casting

4x200kgs induction furaces for silica-sol investment casting

Machining:

65 sets of CNC machining centers, including 50 sets of 4-axis, 

1 set of Doosan double-table horizontal machining centre,

10 sets of drilling and tapping centres

more than 30 sets of various CNC lathes.

Our Testings:

To ensure the quality of the products, the company is equipped with a complete set of advanced testing equipment, including: 4 sets of Spectrometers, X-ray Machine, Magnetic Tester, Ultrasonic Tester, Metalloscope, Hardness Tester, Tension Tester, -60℃ Impact Tester, Pressure Tester, Salty Spray Tester, and to ensure the  dimensions of the products, we are equipped with: 3-Coordinate Measuring Instrument, 3D Scanner, Projector, Roughness Tester, Contourgraph , Roundness Tester. 

In order to accelerate the progress of sample development, we equiped one 3D printer to meet the requirements of no mould sample or shortest 7-days sample making.
